Software Engineer Responsibilities:
Design, code, review, and test camera-related software features across all layers of the camera stack.
Build experiences for the Camera app for embedded devices, especially on Android applications.
Deliver high quality camera experiences with delightful filter, image quality enhancement and smooth sharing across multiple devices and channels.
Work closely with System Engineering Team, Hardware team, manufacturing partners and QA teams to deliver best in class products.
Ensure security of the camera system, protecting our users' privacy.

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires 36 months of experience involving each of the following:
Camera APIs, media processing, graphics, and Video and Image Capture pipeline for embedded devices
Developing HAL implementations for Android devices
Developing and debugging in C/C++ and Java
and Writing software for embedded/mobile platforms.
Public Compensation:
$262,822/year to $290,180/year + bonus + equity + benefits
