Meta Compensation Analyst in Dublin, Ireland

Summary:

Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst with strong analytical and partnership experience to support the delivery of new hire offers and related global new hire compensation programs.

Required Skills:

Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:

  1. Foster strong cross-functional partnership with Meta recruiting teams

  2. Work with recruiting and/or leaders to develop offers

  3. Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions

  4. Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods

  5. Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis

  6. Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting

  7. Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in compensation, recruiting, consulting, finance, or a similarly applicable field

  2. Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models

  3. Project management experience

  1. BS/BA in Economics, Finance, HR, or related discipline
