Summary:

GenAI Social is seeking a Social Marketing Manager with deep experience in social media and passionate about technology and product development. The GenAI Social team is comprised of product, communications, social and digital marketers with an excitement for the future of GenAI. This end-to-end marketing role's responsibilities include, but is not limited to developing the vision for GenAI on social - from storytelling and content creation to executing social marketing campaigns that provide insights to inform product strategy internally. This team sits within product to support running social tests that will play an integral role in how AI comes to life across Meta platforms and products.The successful candidate is both data-driven and has the ability to tune into social and cultural trends to inform marketing strategies and execution, and can effectively work with colleagues across the company to support Meta’s growth in AI. This person serves as a key driver of what is resonating in this new and emerging space of generative artificial intelligence and is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and creatively identifying what AI content might most resonate with a wide range of audiences on social media.

  1. Execute high-quality social editorial work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  2. Lead and collaborate on XFN projects to support GenAI products and respond to urgent needs, preempt issues and address concerns in collaborative and timely fashion

  3. Grow the company’s social presence around GenAI via Meta AI and characters

  4. Generate social and cultural trend-focused insights that both fuel ideation and product strategy

  5. Be an active thought partner on Meta’s GenAI Creative executions

  6. Lead through influence and collaboration within the GenAI org and relevant stakeholders

  7. Identify processes and opportunities to influence through scale

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience with digital, editorial, marketing strategy

  2. Experience working in social media or technology

  3. Previous experience collaborating with product and technical teams

  4. Experience with social and cultural trends/news

  5. Experience meeting multiple objectives in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment with little supervision

  6. Proven interpersonal skills and experience developing effective working relationships inside and outside Meta

  7. Communication experience

Public Compensation:

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
