Summary:
Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the infrastructure of People Data Platforms Signals datasets that include AddressBooks, Contact Points, Device and Location Signals. As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive technology solutions with complex technical components, such as data infrastructure, targeting solutions, privacy safeguards, etc .With extensive technical expertise on the platform, you will help bridge the gap between engineering teams, flesh out technical requirements, make informed decisions, and provide technical guidance to ensure that the platform is built and operated efficiently, securely, and reliably. You will also drive platform adoption & usage cross org to maximize impact. You will drive cross-Functional collaboration for East-West Programs, playing a crucial role in ensuring that these teams work together effectively, aligning their efforts towards the platform's goals, managing dependencies, and facilitating communication, to increase efficiency by breaking silos thru collaboration You will drive cross-product strategic synergy initiative. By understanding the platform's long-term vision and goals, you will help define and prioritize initiatives that leverage synergy between various products, and increase efficiency as a result, through reuse of components amongst various products

Technical Program Manager, Central Product Platform Responsibilities:
Define, build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domains.
Accountable for identifying and overcoming end-to-end, cross-functional problems in technical domains across client and/or server infrastructure.
Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the-ground leadership.
Responsible for defining and delivering on technical requirements that solve people problems and product, platform or infra requirements in conjunction with partners.
Define and own what success looks like, metrics & measurement, rollout, and scalable and sustainable operational plan.
Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations.
Identify and improve inefficiencies in how we operate to move faster with higher quality outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.
Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Public Compensation:
$134,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
