Meta Client Solutions Manager, Specialty Retail in San Francisco, California

Summary:

The Client Solutions Manager, Specialty Retail is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver working with some of Meta's most strategic eComm and Retail advertisers. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, leverage strong analytical skills and product expertise to become a trusted consultant to marketers and executives at top Fashion Retail companies. With proven understanding of brand and performance marketing, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team, XFNs and product to drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and build consultative solutions. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical, and technical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, Specialty Retail Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a product & insights expert that educates clients and agencies on product solutions, and identifies + implements marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners

  2. Drive proactive media & measurement strategy, testing & experimentation, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance and investments

  3. Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results and present recommendations

  4. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams

  5. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)

  6. Craft narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders

  7. Oversee account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

  8. Ability to travel as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and analytical consulting roles

  2. Experience structuring, negotiating, and maintaining significant and complex strategic relationships

  3. Experience influencing senior level executives and clients

  4. Experience working with diverse set of cross-functional teams

  5. Proven communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization

  6. Experience identifying , leveraging and delivering insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

  7. Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases

  8. Advanced experience with spreadsheets- experience to structure and manipulate raw data into datasets for analysis

  3. Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams to improve products features and functionalities

Public Compensation:

$146,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
