Meta Small and Medium Business Audience Marketing Manager in San Francisco, California

Summary:

More than 10 million small business advertisers use Meta technologies to connect with customers. In this role on our Global Scaled Business Marketing team, you will play a key part educating and empowering our small and medium business customers. We are looking for a marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution of scaled marketing content for our small business audience.You will be responsible for developing marketing materials that help businesses adopt and successfully use the right solutions to grow their business. Your content will be served across digital experiences, like email, ads, video, web, in-product, and more.

Required Skills:

Small and Medium Business Audience Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Create content for scaled marketing efforts to drive adoption of Meta's advertising solutions

  2. Evaluate audience and product insights to craft compelling go-to-market initiatives across scaled channels

  3. Identify effective marketing strategies and customer journeys based on specific acquisition, adoption or retention goals

  4. Partner with growth marketing and product marketing teams to identify, prioritize and develop consistent positioning and messaging

  5. Produce customer-centric content that educates businesses and inspires them to act

  6. Ensure content is effective and consistent across channels including emails, ads, web pages, videos and more

  7. Work with copywriters, designers and web developers to build marketing content

  8. Measure campaign initiatives and understand what makes content successful to iterate on those learnings

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience within content/digital marketing, brand management, partner marketing, content strategy or a related field

  2. Experience with online advertising industry and/or small and medium businesses

  3. Experience creating content for paid online media

  4. Experience authoring copy for different online mediums

  5. Experience working in a highly cross-functional, global organization

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. Experience with advertising goals, challenges and needs

  3. Experience thinking strategically through complex marketing projects, and translating complex concepts into easy to understand ideas

  4. Analytical and problem-solving experience, and experience adapting marketing materials based on data and insights

  5. Project management and communication experience

  6. Experience using Meta Business products (advertising objectives and ad types, mobile-friendly creative, Meta Pixel, etc.)

  7. Experience with lifecycle marketing, including acquiring new customers, retaining or upselling existing customers, and driving key actions through marketing collateral

Public Compensation:

$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
