Meta Global Client Partner, Retail - STE 6-Month Contract in Stockholm, Sweden

Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced consultative sales and marketing professional to take on the role of global client partner. The Global Client Partner is the main point of global and regional contact for one of Meta's key retail industry partnerships. The ideal candidates will have Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Advertising and Media experience and have also demonstrated exceptional solid performance while working in a constantly changing environment. You will report to the head of retail and will be expected to travel International. You are used to c-level and senior management discussions.You will have extensive media knowledge and great communication skills, and the ability to consult and deliver high-end deals. This role entails developing a keen understanding of the client's business and organization, becoming a strategic partner and driving the relationship between Meta and the client at a global level. The Global Client Partner is the principal representative between Meta and their senior client leadership team, and at the center of an extensive internal (market teams & support teams) and external (agency & client) ecosystem of partners who are paramount to help them achieve their mission.

Required Skills:

Global Client Partner, Retail - STE 6-Month Contract Responsibilities:

  1. Develop thought leadership on client's business and industry

  2. Seek to understand Client's business objectives to ensure Facebook solutions are positioned appropriately

  3. Accountable for the construction of a plan or Joint Business Partnership to achieve these goals, and for delivering on service expectations as per Joint Business Partnership agreement, e.g. training, workshops, measurement studies, ultimately accountable for global revenue with that client

  4. Align with cross functional teams like Sales, Marketing, measurement, creative and solutions engineering to ensure client expectations are managed, and delivered upon

  5. Deliver the highest levels of client service by partnering with cross regional teams to align objectives, improve relationships and processes

  6. Set and communicate direction and prioritization of key markets and initiatives to support Client's Facebook activities locally, regionally and globally

  7. Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge region-to-region and improved process/client relationships

  8. Partner with Client's media and creative agencies to ensure synergies, collaboration and trusting relationships are established, towards a common goal of achieving Clients' business objectives

  9. Identify incremental revenue opportunities and scale accordingly and ensure Clients' investment targets are met or exceeded

  10. Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines

  2. Experience in managing multi-layer, complex business relationships

  3. Proven and consistent track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and contributing to client revenue growth rates above expectations

  4. Ability to convert business from other media channels

  5. Results and detail orientated

  6. Strong strategic thinking abilities

  7. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills

  8. Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and strong work ethic

  9. Mastery of presentation skills

  10. Excels at building long term trusted relationships with C-suite executives

  11. Fluency in Swedish and English
