We build, operate and maintain best-in-class services and tools for secure, reliable, and performant access to Meta corp platforms. We're on a mission to revamp the company's efforts in regards to Identity Governance and Access Management. We're building infrastructure using Rust to complement SaaS products that support the company be secure and compliant.

Required Skills:

Enterprise Engineer - IAM Responsibilities:

1. Execute on the teams' goals and technical direction and pursue opportunities that make your teams more efficient

2. Effectively communicate features and systems in detail

3. Work with different sets of product managers, designers and other engineers to create software that optimizes for business metrics

4. Create business products and features on a large scale

5. Contribute towards long term technical vision and roadmap for your group of teams

6. Lead design standards within teams to ensure scalability, performance and alignment with standards and best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

8. 5+ years of demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects

9. 5+ years of experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques

10. 5+ years of experience working with relational databases and SQL

11. Experience with C, C++, Java, C#, Javascript, Python or other relevant coding languages
